$165 if you buy your Sneakers from Jawns on Fire.

$185 if you bring in your own Sneakers.

Orders can be Expedited to 2-3 Business Days for an additional $100.

Yes; however the price to complete the conversion is $185 compared to $165 if you buy the cleats from Jawns on Fire.

All of our sneaker conversions carry a 6 month warranty from Custom
Cleats.

This means that if the cleat bottom separates from the sneaker within 6 months of the conversion date, it is 100% covered.

If we determine the sneaker can not be repaired, you get a full refund of the conversion cost.

Standard orders: Once we get the sneaker it will be converted within 5 days and returned shipped UPS ground. The 5 days does not include Sundays

Expedited orders: Once we get the sneaker it will be converted within 1 to 2 days and return shipped UPS overnight.

You can pick up your Custom Cleats at Jawns on Fire or we can ship them to you.

We will call you when they arrive and are ready for pickup.

You DO NOT need to find spikes.

We have the cleat options for you to choose from.

You simply purchase which type and color you want from our site, and then we will install them on the kicks you send to us.

You can choose either the cleat bottom that is a half size higher or lower than your sneaker -- Either one will work.

For example: If the sneaker size is 10.5, the Cleat/Plate choice can either be size 10 or size 11.

Yes - In a few plate versions we do provide Youth sizing.

The following cleat plates come in Youth sizing:

No, we do not sell just the cleats

If it's within the first 6 months of the conversion taking place, please contact us at 1custom.cleat.inc@gmail.com with
image of the problem on the cleat.

Once we receive your email and confirm the conversion is under warranty, we email you a PREPAID UPS RETURN SHIPPING LABEL to return the cleats back to us.

Simply place the label on your shipping box and drop off at your local UPS location.

We will evaluate the damage and determine if a repair or a refund will be given.

Refunds for the conversion cost will only take place if there is irreparable damage to the shoe.
